Coffee Cup with Kenisha
Hello crafty friends! here's another blog with me!
Who doesn't love fall and coffee?! I have to say, this is one of my favorite seasons 💓
I'm so excited to share with you the card I made using the new release.
Today, I used the new fabulous -Coffee Besties- stamp set.
This stamp set is everythiiiing!!! lol
As you already now, my favorite technique is the no-line watercolor.
For that, I'm using Antique linen distress ink to make the image look softer, my idea was to make an elegant card and this is a great technique for that.
Since the coffee cup have big polka dots on it, I decided to play with them on the background also. I cut different shapes of circles from a orange and blue cardstock.
To make them look more interesting, I use rusty hinge and chipped sapphire distress ink on the borders.
The star of the show here is the Cup!
so I put double sided foam tape for more dimension and I did the same with some of the circles.
To finish up my card I used rusty hinge and vintage photo distress ink to make the splatters, for the coffee stain marks, I used the bottom of a small bottle and stamped on the background.
Last step, I stamped and black embossed my sentiment from
-Just Sentiments: Fall favorites- stamp set.
