Sweet Valentines with Kenisha
Welcome to another blog! It is the month of LOVE, one of the most beautiful month and today I want to share with you this slimline card I made using the new
-Playful Pandas and Sweet Cupcakes stamp set combined with -Gingerbread Lane- set.
To get started, I colored in watercolor first and then cut out all of my images using the following dies set:
I then cut my panels using a slimline dies set. For my interior panel I used pattern paper, to give it more contrast, I decided to use a heart stencil and then I painted with my distress inks in Picked Raspberry.
After that, I assembled my flat shaker card using clear acetate, add stripes of tape on the back except the top part to be able to add the sequins.
I used a mix of white, pink and -Sparkling Mint embellishment.
Then I glued the top part and here is the shaker done!
I cut my letters out of mint cardstock and a darker green, splatter some gold watercolor paint to give more contrast.
To finish up my card, I put all the panels together and add all the images and letters.
For the sentiment, I used "Enjoy the Sweet" from the -Sweet Cupcakes Stamp set.
