Flying by to say...

Hello, crafty friends!
It is Natalia here with you today. What's your thoughts on the new Pawsome Stamps release? I am sure you are loving it as much as me!

This card features the Little Lady Stamp set and coordinating dies. There is something very different about these images; they are not only the SWEETEST but they are also quite large, so making a card with them becomes very easy as they fill up the space nicely!

The first thing I did was pick three colours for my little ladies - that would set the colour scheme for the card. If you are anything like me and struggle with colour combinations, picking some and sticking to them really helps. I went for pink, yellow and orange - very summery!

I used squeezed lemonade, dried marigold and kitsch flamingo distress oxides to do some ink blending on the background, just applying the colours randomly on the A2 panel and blending them together.

The beautiful leafy panel is a cut file (svg) from Alex Syberia Designs. I used two layers of it on top of my ink blended panel for some dimension.

To colour my images, I used my Ohuhu alchohol markers and then applied some highlights with a white gel pen. I added some stickles on the little ladies wings spots - so much glitter! I love stickles.

I die cut the scalloped circle 6 times and glued it together with liquid glue for dimension and used the same inks I used for the background for the centre of the circle. Instead of using white embossing powder, I thought copper would go well with the colour theme - what do you reckon?

To finish, I used some Pawsome embellishments, which you totally have to check out as they are sooo pretty! Absolutely love the colours. I went for: Hello SunshineCamp Fire and Cotton Candy.

I hope you like it and it inspires you to create!

Sending hugs,
Natalia
