Sneak Peek Day 2: Sangria Time

Welcome to day 2 of sneak peeks for the 1st anniversary release at Pawsome Stamps! Can you believe it?! The full release will be available May 17th. But until then we have little snippets of all the fun products.

I love this "Sangria Time" set. As soon as I saw it, I knew exactly what I wanted to do for a card. Let's check it out.

I took a panel of white cardstock cut to 4 by 5 1/4 inches and used the coordinating dies to cut out the pitcher. I also stamped the sentiment in black pigment ink then clear heat embossed it. I used a panel of clear acetate to add alcohol inks in red shades to simulate the wine. Once it was day, I adhered it behind the panel with the inked side facing in. I didn't want to worry about the ink coming off of the acetate. Foam tape was added around the pitcher for a shaker area.

I colored and die cut different fruits and ice cubes for the inside shaker. I also added Cupids Kiss sequins. The pitcher panel was added to a top folding A2 base.

The glass was stamped and die cut from white cardstock and Copic markers were used to color the wine in similar colors to the alcohol ink. I added some left over fruit pieces and ice cubes. To the orange slice and ice, glossy accents was added for a bit of shine. It was then added to the front of the the card.

This shaker is just so much fun with the pieces floating inside!

I hope you enjoyed today's sneak peek and yesterdays adorable card using "Picture Perfect" and "Picture Pals". Peeks continue tomorrow through 16th and the full release will be revealed on the 17th.

Have a great day!
