Create a Fall Harvest Market Scene using the Fall Sign and Spring Day Stamp Sets

Hi Crafty Friends! Emily Mydlowski here with you today sharing a Mix & Match of two stamps for a fun Fall Harvest Market scene: The Fall Sign & Spring Day 6x8 stamp sets. Fall is right around the corner and I’m definitely ready for the cooler weather and all the fall festivals, markets & a visit to the pumpkin patch which all inspired todays card.

For the Fall Harvest Market scene, I stretched the Spring Day cart into a Fall Day cart with just a few fall color twists (orange awning and deep brown cart) & a little fussy cutting to remove the flowers from the cart which I replaced with a bushel of apples, pumpkin and the friendly scarecrow. To finish the scene, I added more fall-themed images from the Fall Sign Stamp: haystack, sunflower, pretty mums and more pumpkins. All of the images were colored with an assortment of Copic Markers and cut using the Coordinating Fall Sign Dies.

To create the chalkboard sign, I stamped the sentiment with VersaMark Ink to black card stock and embossed with a white puffy embossing powder for a chalk-like raised texture. I cut the embossed sentiment using the frame die from the Fall Sign coordinating die. To create the wood frame around the chalkboard sign, I used the same rectangle die with white wood texture cardstock that I ink-blended with a toffee color ink.

To finish the card, I adhered all of the pieces together using liquid adhesive and thin foam squares and placed the decorated card panel on an orange card base.

So there we are friends a Fun Fall Harvest Market card using the Fall Sign & Spring Day Stamp Sets. Thanks for stopping by and Big Paper Hugs!
