Last Minute Embossed Holiday Card

Hi crafty friends, and Happy Holidays! Thanksgiving has come and gone, and Christmas is only days away. I’m excited to share this card today featuring The Puffy Holiday Greetings.

The theme of this card is last-minute holiday cards, and it took no time at all to stamp, heat emboss, and ink blend the front panel.

First, I die-cut a panel of 110lb. cardstock and arranged the stamps to fit a 4” by 5 ¼” panel. Next, I embossed the images with white embossing powder and ink-blended the panel with Abandoned Coral and Barn Door Distress Inks. I added Black Soot Distress ink at the top and bottom to darken up the edges.

To give the panel more interest, I splattered it with white paint. Once dry, I matted the panel over a piece of teal-striped cardstock. And that was the quickest card I ever made!

Don’t forget to visit the Pawsome Stamps shop and grab a few goodies for your stocking. I wish you a season filled with the gift of love, the gift of peace, and the gift of happiness.

Have a crafty week!
