Slimline Valentine Sweet Treats Train using All Aboard and Sweet Cupcakes

Hi Friends! Emily Mydlowski here with you today Stretching Stamps across the holidays by combining the Christmas Train from All Aboard with the yummy Valentine treats and sentiments from Sweet Cupcakes to create a Valentine Train with loads of cupcakes, candies and love letters!

I started with a Slimline Card White Cardstock Base and added a strip of red & white washi tape for the train tracks. Then I stamped all the images using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored all the images with an assortment of Copic Markers and White Gel Pen Accents For the bright pink train, I primarily used RV000/09/10/21 and for the Moose I used E23/25 and E33/35. For the hearts & strawberries I used R27/29/35/37 and the chocolates are a combination of E23/25/57/77.

Once all the images were colored, I started adding all the sweets and treats to each of the train cars securing the pieces with a thin piece of clear tape to the back of each train car. I then adhered the train to the washi tape track using foam adhesive squares.

For the sentiments, I thought it looked so cute to have XOXO and Be Mine as steam coming off the engine. All the sentiments were stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink.

For a little extra pop & bling, I adhered pink and silver hologram sequins from Candy Christmas to the train wheels.
