Sending Hugs

Hey everyone, Britney here! I am so excited to be on the Pawsome Stamps blog today featuring the Sending Hugs stamp set. Normally when I need one of these cards, I am not in a place to make cards. I like to have sympathy and get well cards in my stash. These cards work great for those instances and can be mass produced fairly easily. I made four of these cards in one sitting.

I always like to start with my background first and I build up from there. I used stitched rectangle dies to cut the panels for this card. I took the large image and a sentiment from the set and gold heat embossed it directly onto my top panel. I splattered some gold paint on the panels before adhering them to the gold panels.

I love adding a lot of final details to a card to give it a little something extra. As a finishing touch, I added some gold embellishments. This card is such an easy card to make. I hope you enjoyed today's card.
