Gnomie welcome to the neighborhood card

 Hi everyone. Im back with a Welcome to the neighborhood card made with Gnomie stamp set from Pawsome Stamps May release and alcohol markers. 

First I stamped and coloured images from Gnomie set with my Ohuhu markers, then fussy cut everything out. 

For the background I masked of bottom portion of card panel and did ink blending with cloud stencil for my stash.  I also added light metalic splatters. 

My next step was to arrange everything into little scene and adhere with foam squares. I added few white nuvo drops and stamped sentiment from the same set directly on to background. 

Lastly I adhered my card front to a slightly larger white card base and with that I finished this card.
