You Make me Smile
Hi crafty friends! I’m back on the Pawsome Stamps blog featuring the Gnomie Stamp and Die set.
I wanted to create a larger card to accommodate all of
the images for my scene card. I used a stitched die that trimmed the card panel
slightly smaller than 5 x 7. After coloring the images with Copic Markers, I
used the coordinating dies to cut the images out.
Gnomes Skin: E000, E00, E21
Mushroom House Roof: G19, G16, YG09, G03, G12
Mushroom House: E44, E43, E42, E41, E40
Doors and Window Frames: Y38, YR21
Pink: RV09, RV55, RV52
Yellow: Y38, Y15
Gnomie Girl: B69, B66, B63, B60
Gnomie Boy: Y38. Y35, Y13, C3, C1, C0
Barrel: E49, E47, E44, E43, B04, B01
Rocks: E49, E47
Grass: G28, G16, G14
I created the background by ink blending peach dye ink onto a barley peach panel of cardstock. Next, I created the grass by die-cutting a piece of green cardstock and adding slight shading with dark green ink. Lastly, I splattered the background and grass die-cut with white paint.
I stamped the sentiment before
arranging the images and adhering everything with liquid adhesive or popping up
some of the foreground images with bits of cardstock for dimension.
