Hello friends! Today I am sharing a card using the most adorable stamp set, Ruff Life. Doesn't the pup just look so cozy!?

I started off by stamping my images and coloring them with Copics. I wanted the pup to be brown and stand out so I went with shades of blues and greens for the blankets to create contrast.

Since the pupper on the blankets is pretty busy, I wanted to keep the background simple. I used distress ink in Speckled Egg and blended from one edge fading across three-quarters of a die cut. The die cut is from Lawn Fawn and has just a simple stitched border.

For the sentiment, I embossed white on black using Ranger super fine detail embossing powder, then cut it out as straight as I could.

For the assembly, I adhered the die cut to white card base and propped up the rest of the images for added dimension. It turned out to be a pretty dreamy scene, didn't it? Hope you like it as much as I do!
