Sending you some Birthday Fishes!

Hi folks, 

Kavya here with another fun project to share with you all! The new Birthday Fishes stamp set from Pawsome Stamps is just adorable and perfect for any punny ocean themed cards :) I love creating underwater scenes as they are just so colorful and there is no right or wrong way to color the critters! I paired this set with the previously released Under the Sea set to create the card below. 

I first started off by creating my sunset background by ink blending Picked Raspberry, Fossilized Amber and Dried Marigold distress oxide inks. I used a generic cloud and circle masking stencil for the background and added a strip of pattern paper that resembled waves. Then, I stamped and colored a bunch of images from the two stamp sets. I created my underwater sea floor by using the coral and other floral elements from the set and layered them on top of a linen-colored cardstock. 

I finished off my card my adding a heat embossed sentiment and I was done! Wasn't that simple? I hope you liked this fun project :)
