Underwater Christmas in July

 

Hi friends! I've combined a few lovely Pawsome Stamps stamp sets to create a fun underwater scene with Christmas in July theme for today!

The shark, whale, and seaweed are from Birthday Fishes. The other fish is from Picture Pals. The candies and string of lights are from Gingerbread Lane. The top hat is from Jolly Cupcakes. The star and "santa hat" which is actually a night cap are from Happy Camper. The ornaments are from Beary Christmas. And finally, the sentiment is from Just Sentiments: Christmas.

All images are stamped in black ink and colored with a mix of Copics and Ohuhus(O).

Whale blue: B95, 91

Teals: BG13, 11

Grays: W3, 1, 00

Reds: R29, 24

Purple: BV04, 02

Green: GY7(O), GY4(O)

The background is ink blended using distress oxides in Shaded Lilac and Tumbled Glass and the sea floor is ink blended using Antique Linen. The backgrounds are die cut using a simple stitched die and adhered to a white A2 card base.

All the images are propped up using foam tape except a couple candy canes and an ornament that are tucked behind the sea floor.

The sentiment is heat embossed in white. And for final touches a few sequins from Rainbow Wishes were added.
