Happy Halloween Scene Card
Hi crafty friends, and welcome back to the Pawsome Stamps blog. It’s Donna, and I’m excited to share a fun Halloween-inspired spooky scene card.
I wanted to make a larger
card front for all of my images, so I decided to create a 5 x 7 card panel for
this spooky scene.
To create the background, I
grabbed several shades of teal paint, blue paint, and my gel printing plate. I
added the darker shades at the bottom and worked my way towards the top with
the lighter shades. Finally, I added sparkly green and white paint to create
the eerie clouds then I set the panel aside to dry.
I stamped several images from the newly released Happy Haunting and Hauntingly Sweet stamp sets onto smooth cardstock and colored everything in with my Copic Markers.
Copic Color Combinations
Once I colored the images, I used the coordinating dies to die-cut the images along with a couple of other elements.
I assembled the elements onto my card with foam adhesive, liquid glue, or glue dots. For finishing touches, I added accents with a white gel pen and added the embossed sentiment.
Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps shop to see all the new stamps and dies.
Have a fabulous weekend!
