Happy Halloween everyone! Amy here with you today. I am excited to share this not so spooky Halloween card that I created using the Macrons Stamp Set. I wanted to show off the versatility of this set by using Halloween colors. You can also use Christmas colors for a Holiday card, or your recipients favorite colors for a Birthday card!
I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and used the Mummy Wrap Stencil with Distress Oxide Ink Villainous Potion. I used a very light hand while inking the background to achieve the lighter look. I then splattered on black watercolor paint and set it aside to dry.
Next, I stamped this delicious looking stack of macrons with the ribbon from the Macrons Stamp Set, colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.
I die cut a sentiment banner out of black cardstock, stamped the sentiment, which if from the Spooky Cupcakes Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.
I assembled my card using black cardstock for the base, and foam tape to pop up the image and sentiment banner for some dimension!
For finishing touches on this card I added white gel pen accents, glitter to the ribbon with a glitter pen, and a few sparkling sequins from the Hocus Pocus Sequin Mix. Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today! Be sure to visit the Pawsome Stamps online shop to pick up your favorite new stamp sets today!
