A little something to perk you up
Hello crafty friends! Silvia's back on the Pawsome Stamps blog today and I'd like to share with you this cute coffee themed card.
I started cutting a panel from Distress white heavystock and I created a pattern on it using the "Coffee Drinks/Background" stencil as a stamp. I sprayed the stencil with decayed and crooked broomstick Distress Mica stains directly on the back of the stencil, I pressed my panel on it and I dryed it with a hot air gun.
Next I used the "Chunky Sweater" stencil to ink blend a strip of white cardstock with victorian velvet Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water, tone on tone ink and white and gold acrylic paints.
I stamped images from the super cute "Coffee Llama" stamp set, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.
I stamped one of the two sentiment from the set with a dark brown ink on a piece of cream cardstock and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.
And here's my finished card.
Thank you so much for passing by today...I really enjoyed myself making this card and I hope you like it as much as I do.
I wish you an amazing day. Big hugs, Silvia.
