A Little Treat for Someone Sweet Split Shaker Card!!

HELLO CRAFTY FRIENDS!! 


Larissa here today to share a FUN Split Shaker Card, using a different Design to show there's several different ways to create a Shaker Card!! If you haven't tried to create a Shaker Card because you are afraid of them, hopefully this Design will inspire you you to give them a try!!?? 

I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Heart Border Images from the Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set!! Then I Colored the Images using Copic Markers!! 
Pink: RV00, RV21 & RV13     Orange: YR00, YR18 & YR68
Yellow: Y00, Y13 & YR23    Green: YG42, YG45 & G29
Turquoise: BG10, BG13 & BG49      Purple: V01, V15 & V09
Then I used the coordinating Sweet Cupcakes Die Set to Die Cut the Images out!! I adhered them to a Card Panel Cutting a portion of the Card Panel away to create 2 different pieces!! Then I added some White Gel Pen Highlights to the Hearts!! 

Next I created my Shaker Panel!! I Stamped and Embossed a Piece of Heat Resistant Acetate with the "A Little Treat for someone Sweet" Sentiment also from the Sweet Cupcakes Stamp Set!! Then I Stitched the Acetate to a Piece of White Cardstock using a Sewing Machine!! I Stitched 3 of the Sides leaving the top open to add my TS Talkative Tart and Bokeh Hearts Embellishments!! Then I stitched the Top of the Panel to create the Shaker Window Panel!! 

I Adhered the Stamped and Colored Heart Border Panels onto the Shaker Window Panel using some Double Sided Adhesive!! Then I adhered the Panel onto my Cardbase using some Foam Tape for some added dimension!! 

How FUN is this Split Shaker Card!!?? Here's a close up of the FUN Shaker Elements and how they POP in this unexpected  Shaker Card Design!! 

So there you have it a FUN Shaker Card PERFECT for that SWEET Someone this Valentine's Day, or anytime you want to give a Treat!! I hope I've inspired you on a different way to create a Shaker Card and that you'll give this Design a try!!
