Floral Snail mail card

Hello everyone! Hope you are well. 

I'm back with a floral card today, showcasing combination of the Snail Mail and Sending Hugs stamp sets. 

I started with stamping all the images I needed to create this card on piece of watercolor paper with black ink. I used my Daniel Smith's watercolors to colour everything in, then cut it out with scissors. 

For the background I decided to use Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink and create very light ombre effect with dark centre and faded edges. I added water and metalic splatters all over. 

Before arranging everything I stamped sentiment from the two stamp sets directly on dry background with black ink. I wanted to make sure that the greeting is crisp so I've used my stamping platform and stamped multiple times. Next I adhered all the images in place with foam squares and scattered few sequins from Orchid sequins mix, then added glitter glaze details to some of the flowers and snails. 

That's it! My card is done and looking fabulous!
