Slimline monster birthday card

 Hello all! 

Halloween is coming fast but not all the season's cards has to be spooky. Todays card is full of colorful monsters from the Monster Party stamp set. 

I started with stamping and colouring all of the adorable images from the set using watercolors. I fussy cut them about and added white highlights. 

For the background I did simple ink blending with Distress oxide inks, then added water and metallic splatters. I arranged the monsters and adhered them with foam squares.

For the sentiments I chose greetings from the same set. I stamped Happy Birthday inside the banner and cut it out, then added it with glue. Before I stamped the smaller greeting directly on to the background right underneath, I shaped it to follow curve of the banner. 

As a finishing touches I added few sparkles from my stash and rose gold foiled strip on the side.
