Greetings from the North Pole

Hey crafty friends! I hope everyone enjoyed Thanksgiving with family and friends and a little extra crafting time. The latest Pawsome Stamps release features Christmas/Holiday stamps and dies to create some festive projects. My card today features Santa Express stamp and die.

I began by ink-blending a piece of smooth cardstock with Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide ink and splattered white diluted paint to create texture.

While the background was drying, I stamped and colored the images with my Copic Markers.

White: N1, N0
Green: YG07, YG01
Gold: Y38, Y15, Y13, Y11
Black: N9, N7, N5
Santa Skin: E11, E00, E000
Smoke: B00, B000

I used a die-cut from my stash to frame the image that I die-cut with white cardstock. I think the white against the blue is a striking contrast. I finished the card by adding a sentiment, stamping it onto white cardstock, and trimming it. Lastly, I added a few gel highlights to my images.
