Happy Birthday to you

 Hello Pawsome Stamps' friends1 Silvia's here with you today with a rainbow birthday card.

I started cutting a white panel and I colored it applying Distress Oxide inks through the "Bubble Party" stencil. 

I used kitsch flamingo, carved pumpkin, squeeze lemonade, mowed lawn, broken china and wilted violet Distress Oxide inks, I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints and I set it aside.

I stamped images from the "Bday Cupcakes" stamp set, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies.

I also die cut a small scalloped rectangle with a die from my stash from vellum and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

I put some glitter on the cupcakes frosting and that's all.
