Moments of Joy
Hey crafty friends! I’m excited to share another project featuring the newly released Captivating Blossoms stamp and die set. For this card, I combined the floral images with Playful Panda from a previous release to create a fun spring-inspired scene card.
I began by die-cutting a panel of teal cardstock and then ink-blending the panel with Salvaged Patina and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink. I concentrated the darker ink at the edges, then blended inward with the lighter ink, fading toward the center. I splattered the panel and set it aside to dry.
I stamped and colored all of the images using my Copic Markers.
Copic Coloring
Bamboo: G28, YG25, YG11
Pink Blossoms: RV17, RV55, RV02, RV000
Green: YG00, YG07
Brown: E47, E44, E43
While the panel dried, I stamped the sentiment onto a bright pink sentiment strip and created a grounding element with a brown piece of cardstock. Once everything was prepared, I arranged the images and adhered everything with liquid glue or glue dots.
